For over half a century, Opportunities Unlimited of Niagara, a United Way agency, has provided rehabilitation and supportive services to people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities of all ages and their families. The Developmental Disabilities Alliance of Western New York is a collaborative group of member voluntary agencies that provide services to people with developmental disabilities.
